Next Steps for Families, LLC was established in 2007 by Licensed Fiduciary, Leslie Mann-Damon, with a vision to empower individuals and families with information, resources and services. We want to help you understand and make informed decisions about the 'next steps' that are most suitable for your family and situation. Principal
Leslie Mann-Damon, principal Licensed Fiduciary and Registered Guardian is the founder of Next Steps for Families, LLC. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law and pursued additional Master's level course work in social welfare, elder issues and grief counseling. She has attained Mediator Certification in the State of Kansas and facilitated numerous mediations through the Arizona Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
The focus of her career has been serving others through advocacy, education and community outreach. She has served the public through her work with the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, Larned State Hospital, Cedar Branch Family Services, Barton County Community College, The Center for Arizona Policy, the Superior Court of Arizona and as a Licensed Fiduciary and principal of Next Steps for Families, LLC.
